1. How Premium Access Works

mockDe Premium is a one-time payment that gives you access for a fixed period: 30 days (monthly plan) or 365 days (annual plan). There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. Your access expires at the end of the period you paid for. You are never charged again unless you choose to make a new purchase.

2. Refund Window

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order ID. No forms, no phone calls.

3. Non-Refundable

Refund requests made after 3 days from the date of purchase are not eligible. You keep access to your premium features for the remainder of the period you paid for.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Razorpay processing times may vary by bank or UPI provider.

5. De-Credits (Top-up Packs)

De-Credit packs (60 credits, 200 credits) are non-refundable once purchased, as they are consumable digital credits. If you have a genuine issue with a purchase, email us and we will review it case by case.
